The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a report on the UAE dairy industry states:

According to DCCI membership database, the total number of operating establishments is seven establishments with capital totaled AED 91 million, employment totaled 2009 employees
and turnover of AED 432 million in the first quarter of 2006.
